Do you guarantee your work?

If you're not satisfied with our services, just let us know. We'll come back and make it right within a 24 hour window or either waive the charges for that service!

What if I opt-out of the take away service?

No problem! We’ll double bag the waste and leave it outside your gate or by your trashcan- whichever works for you!

How do you handle tall grass or leaves in my yard?

To successfully locate and collect pet waste, please ensure sprinklers are turned off on your service day, and the grass is well-maintained and clear of leaves or debris. This helps us uphold our guarantee!

What’s an Initial Cleaning Fee?

Our initial cleaning fee is determined based on the condition of your yard and the time since it was last cleaned. For yards that haven’t been scooped in over 30 days or require extra attention, an Initial Clean-Up Fee starting at $40 will apply. This one-time fee ensures your yard is thoroughly cleaned and ready for regular service. Please contact us for a personalized estimate!

What if I’m not home?

You don’t need to be home when we visit your yard—we just need to be able to get in! You can leave a gate unlocked or share a key or access code with us. To keep everyone safe, we kindly ask that your furry friends stay indoors while we’re working. Rest assured, we’ll treat your property with care, respect your privacy, and send a photo of the locked gate!

How will I know that it’s you in my yard?

You’ll get a text before we arrive, so you’ll always know when to expect us. At your request, we can also leave a door hanger behind to confirm the job is done. If your dog is friendly with visitors, we’re happy to clean the yard while they’re outside too!

How does billing work?

We pre-bill for the month or single visit. If service is cancelled, we will fulfill our obligation of services for the month and end subsequent service. A ‘regular service’ is defined as having signed up for a 3 month minimum service. If your payment is declined or remains unpaid, service will be paused immediately until the issue is resolved. If more than 30 days pass since your last service, a $40 First-Time Clean-Up fee will be required to resume service. After 30 days without resolution, your account will be removed from our schedule. Any unpaid balances exceeding 30 days may be referred to collections.

What happens if there's bad weather?

If the weather takes a turn for the worse, we’ll do our best to complete the service safely. For extreme conditions like heavy snow or severe storms, we may need to reschedule, but we’ll always notify you ahead of time and make sure your yard is cleaned as soon as possible!

Can you scoop at a party?

Absolutely! If you’re hosting a party and want your yard spotless, we can schedule a special cleanup before your event. Just let us know the details, and we’ll make sure everything is fresh and ready for your guests to enjoy!

What if I’m away or on vacation?

No problem at all! If you’re away or on vacation, we can still service your yard as scheduled. Just make sure we have access, and we’ll keep your yard clean while you’re gone. If you’d prefer to pause service temporarily, let us know in advance, and we’ll adjust your schedule.
